Hi, my name is Morayo, I live in Lagos,I work with Friesland Campina and I want to go in to farming(poultry business),but my fear is I don’t know how to combine the two and be successful,

Yes, if your poultry farm is small between 20 to 100 birds. You can employ someone to handle it while you go to work, come back, and takeover from where he/she stopped. That wont be a problem.
However, if your poultry farming is operating in the semi, medium, to large scale (500 – 10,000) there is absolutely nowhere you can combine it with your regular job. A slight mismanagement is all it takes to rigger your investment flying through the wind.
No one will manage your poultry farm completely in your absent the way you can. Even your family and friends may do the damage. Poultry farming business is a big business. Resign from your day job and take it up full time if you can.
