Develop it if you wants to sell it. I know that may sound startling to some people but there is no better truth in domain business than that. Now let me tickle you a little. There are 3 different domain names I am actively developing right now, by three years time I will list them for sale and the minimum price I expect from them will be $10million each. If I should put them for sale right away, these domains may not worth up to $15,000 each and they may take at least a year to sell.
$10million dollars each? Maybe I am just exaggerating?? No, there is no form of exaggeration, in fact I am being modest with the projected prices. if I should blow the plan open, you’ll see what I am talking about, that they’ll worth much more than that.
How on earth will I expect to sell a domain that worth less than $15,000 that much amount just within three years? Because at that time, I will be selling not just a domain but a domain and business. I will be selling a domain with traffic and revenue history – I will be selling business. When you have such domain, buyer will falling over their heads to grab it. Buyer will know exactly what they are buying and the worth.
What will it take me to develop such domain to that extent? If I should put the cost down, it may not take up to two thousand dollars! The domains are carefully selected keyword rich domain which is the first step to our Search Engine Optimization technique. We wouldn’t spend a dime for advertising only create the quality content. The content will be 100% original, not automated thing and the keywords have been carefully researched and selected around the niches. The niches too are very competitive niches.
Within one year from now, we’ll start earning substantial revenue from the three sites. We will drive the revenue up to $5,000 to $10,000 monthly before the three years time which will be a huge plus. So you see, the more buyers wait, the more revenue we will be making – that’s why buyers may not want to wait the moment it is listed for sale.
There is nothing like short term domaining. Every true Domainer plays with time and if you aren’t ready to play with time such as involving in domain developments, then consider yourselves outside the game arena! Domain name business isn’t a game for every comer and every professional Domainer will be willing to tell you this truth.
There are three aspects of domain business –
Domain Parking (Domain Traffic Monetization through PPC) where you park your domain with a parking company by using their nameserver to redirect your traffic back to the landing page created automatically by the parking company. You make money from the parking whenever your domain traffic clicked on the PPC adverts on the your domain landing page.
Domain Flipping (Direct sells and Auction) This has to do with registering or buying domains and selling them back to end users in the domain marketplace or at domain events. This is the most attractive aspect of domaining because of the prospect of grabbing a domain for $10 and selling the same for thousands of dollars.
Domain Development (Building Site, Content, and Traffic on a Domain) Is when you register a domain and build site around it instead of listing it to sell without content. You build and promote the site until the domain gains enough traffic, content, and revenue history; by then you’ll list it for sale, no longer as a domain alone but as domain and business.
Developing a domain may seem like a hard work at first. Yes, it is but by the time you begin to smile to the bank, you’ll find out that the said hard work is nothing compared to the profit. One thing you may not know is that most of domains sold for pretty high prices where actually developed. One thing is that you don’t get to see it during that period because no one is interested at that point, you only see it when the resultant figure is posted online.
A developed domain sells faster than undeveloped domain. A developed domain sells at more than 1000% higher return than undeveloped domain. A developed domains offers win win opportunity in both ends.

Yes, when you park a domain with a parking company on the internet, the company helps you monetize the traffic by serving relevant ads to anyone who visits that domain (traffic) it can be there as long as you want it.
Domain Flipping means purchasing a domain and quickly selling it for profit. It can be at the marketplace, event, or anyway at all.
You can park your domain with any company (website) that offers parking services. Some registrars (GoDaddy.com) offers the service, some marketplace (Sedo.com, Afternic.com) offers it too, but there are dedicated parking companies such as: Parked.com, Bodis.com, Fastpark, and the rest.

Is it possible that the traffic it has already will keep visiting to click my ads? Or can i promote the domain afresh, is it done?
