A larger congregation will mean a larger income. The reverse is also true of smaller congregation. Purchasing a land is a requirement. However, raising the church structure is possible with dedication and planning.

Total dependence on your members is not advisable. Consider establishing income generating structures. By considering economic ventures such as schools, printing presses among others, the resultant financial effects will be helpful. Seek expert advice from financial experts.
