The other way is to take the lemon juice; juice lemon and just take the fresh juice without adding anything. This type is also good but too much of it can affect the teeth, especially the enamel. So if you want to take it this way, it is advisable to use a straw.

Another way lemons are taking is by making herbal teas with it; lemon juice is mixed with herbs that have been boiled with water. An example is ginger and lemon tea. Some people do juice the lemon and boil it with the ginger in the water; then they sieve it and let it cool and then add the lemon juice and honey before taking. In this way, other nutrients from the lemon like the oil are present in the tea.
