Maybe rearing would be good for you, as all the states you mentioned have a huge demand for protein. cattle, ram and/or especially poultry. some requirements include buying of land, building cages, the livestock (at least a thousand) and a salary for manager.

Actually it doesn’t cost much, the cost of rent is same as anywhere else if u are opening it in one of the satellite towns like kubwa, dede, and others. shops can go up to half a million in central FCT, but i assure bizness centres are worth it. u just price accordingly
