It depends on the species but generally, mushrooms do mature for harvest within days (less than a week) from sprout. Once you’re done with the culture and preparations, maturing is not a problem,
Yes, it can be grown all year round with the right kind of condition. The indoor facility is the best choice to grow mushroom all reason, all year round.
The best method is to sell it off as soon as they are harvested because mushroom tends to decay within days from harvest. It can be preserved through packaging and refrigerating.
