Need an Expert to Help me Start my Poultry Farming

I am trying to start the poultry business.. i have the capital and i have the land.. all i need is an expert guidance and some word of advise please is there anyone who can refer any expert.

I don’t mind pay some funds to the expert for their consultancy.. i just want everything perfect.  The farm will be in Ado Ekiti. So, where around there can I buy broilers and layers?
