Mr Amsoslim, I really commend your effort and your hard work .  keep it up.

I am going to disappoint you a bit because am not going to write a full proposal for you. (You will have to pay Us for that) 😀 However, i am going to give you hints and some ideas that might shoot you up and capture the heart of any one that get to read the proposal.

I am not saying i have the best proposal ideas in the world, neither am i saying the ideas am going to give you will be absolute. But i can assure you that if you try these ideas below, your proposal will be hard to reject.

  • The first thing in a proposal is confidence. And i already see that in your statement above “I can supply them the desire quantity and quality that is carbide free and at a speedy delivery when ever they want my produce.” That is confidence. You will need that in your proposal.
  • The second is for you to think about who you are writing the proposal to. Is the company a big one, are they just starting, do they have someone supplying them before?
  • Simplicity: My brother, you have to be as simple as it is. be sincere, do not promise what you cannot achieve.
  • Let your proposal represent a step forward. The motive behind every companies, organizations and more is to step forward. Nobody will reject anything reliable and will also benefit them and give them a step forward.
  • Avoid Self aggrandizement. Do not boast too much. Be confident in your choice of words but do not over do it. Avoid using “i”, “me” all the time. It will be like you only wanna make money alone. Include them.
  • Make your proposal a win win. Let them know that at the long run, both of you will benefit from it. Explain how they will benefit from your proposal and let them know how great it would be to work with you.

Those are the things you should have in mind.

Note: A proposal should not be too long. maximum of 2-3 pages and minimum of just a page. I would even recommend just a page and half.

Here is a format.

First paragraph should be “Back ground Information”. That is where you will explain briefly what you do and little about yourself.

paragraph 2. Your Need. Explain what you want from the person you are writing the proposal to. be simple.

Paragraph 3:  State the goals of working with them and them working with you.

last P… Explain how your proposal will benefit them and give their organization a step ahead.

Those are just ideas. try to make something of it.

You can write it out and send it to us for review. We will be glad to help.

I hope this really helps.

Smiles, Actually, when i said you would need to hire me for that in my first answer, i don’t mean it. Don’t worry, you don’t need to pay me for that, Our services on WealthResult are still free for now.

Here is how we are going to do it. I will walk you through it right here live. Because i want others to also learn one or two things from this.

You know that you need a little information about the eatery you are writing the proposal to. In the introduction part, you have to specify what they do..

The difference between an application letter and a proposal is that you could write just a letter, change the address and start distributing. However, in a proposal, you need to address it to a specific place. To write this proposal successfully, we need a name of an eatery and a bit of information about them. You have to be sure that eatery make use of plantain.

Now lets start with the First paragraph. Background information. Or in a simple term, “Introduction”

You know your business, you understand more about it. Write an introduction paragraph now. Just 5 Lines. Talk about your business, yourself and your experience… and briefly about the prospect.

You do not need to post it here. Just write the introduction and let me know.

I will be right here.

I stay on the island and they are a lot of eateries and hotels here. Getting one wouldn’t be a problem. The first step is getting a proposal that will make my prospective client do business with me,that why am sourcing for help .

Return Member Answered on September 18, 2017.

like i said that a proposal is addressed to a particular place. Having a lot of eateries is not the case, you will need a name of the eatery. If you really want me to help, you have to please work with me. You need a name of the prospect to be included in the proposal.

My dear friend, you are doing great. I love the need you wrote up there. I love the way you don’t based it on “i” alone. You are moving fast.

I am still going to do the finishing touch. (we have to include cheap/considerable price. They like to hear that ehnnn).. but you are doing great.

So the next step now is important. We have to state what the eatery will benefit from this proposal. Explain in few lines, what they stand to gain. Most prospects pay 100% attention to this paragraph
