To be honest with you, None, at least for the next, 3 years or so. Investors are running away because they are scared of putting their money into an economy where they aren’t sure of making profit, but there is one safest and profitable approach to both secure money and get even ten times return. How. Real Estate.

Currently you can buy cheap lands in a fast developing area in Lagos and resell later as lands appreciate and is the one of the safest asset in the world as long as you acquire it legitimately. I am a Realtor, feel free to call Ucv properties  for more details on how to go about it. Thanks

Farming business is the way to go and anyone who takes it serious will not only have enough to eat and feed his family but will make stupendous amount of money from his efforts. Make no mistake about it, this so called recession is just at the beginning and will soon bite even harder. Ours is a clueless Government that doesn’t even know how to survive during the times of surplus let alone during the time of recession.

People don’t buy properties during recession. A bag of rice is now N20,000 thousand naira. Imagine if you invest in rice farming this year, 200 bags of rice will make you N4,000,000. Put N2,000,000 as the cost of production, you will have N2,000,000 for your effort plus foods to eat.

There are countless other agricultural businesses you can engage in at this time – Cassava Farming, etc. Go over to the blog section of this website and search for other agribusiness opportunities.
