Hello everyone, am currently looking for where i can get quality rice to buy at a cheap price. Is it true that customs officials usually auction seized items, if yes how can one participate?

    You can ask for a nearby farm or try to bargain with a seller on jiji, OLX, or Jumia. And abut Custom and auctioning of seized goods, i don’t think that will be open because its illegal.
