    well i think we should give consideration to other cities specially south east and south south for real estate development not necessarily Egunu state, port Harcourt or calabar. less consider other state like imo state, Abia state, and Akwa Ibom let them know the quality of real estate and what a real estate look like. i believe now with the new government in some of state mention above they will welcome such development. And land for such investment is not really a problem over here and with their support security is assured in any state you show your interest in.

    @ Prince: Your suggestion about the need to mention other states is quite good but the truth and reality is that investment in real estate is driven more by comparative rate of Return on Investment , rate of appreciation in properties in various states , security issues and also various state government policies and a lot more. Investors have all these information and it does not really matter what you preach to them.
