How Can I preserve Fruits And Vegetables For Six Months Duration?

I would love to focus on  agriculture sector by preserving fruits and vegetables for sales purpose. Is there any machinery or process I could use to attain this? What is the process for preserving fruits and vegetables? Kind regards.

    I don’t think they exist any means of preserving fruits and vegetables for six months in this country. The only short term preservation we know is refrigeration which does not last up to a week. This is as far as I know

    i dont know if it is avialble in nigeria but i know a product that can do it. it is called ethylene. i can get it for you if you like
